The Whole Story
A Year-Long Sermon Series for 2025

The Whole Story Part Four

Matthew – John

July 27 – September 28, 2025

In a world searching for hope… there is Good News. From Matthew to John, the story unfolds — not just of a man, but of a Messiah.

Matthew declares Him as the long-awaited King. Mark shows His power in action. Luke reveals His heart for the outsider, broken, and lost. And John unveils His divine identity as the true Son of God.

Through every chapter, every miracle, every word, we see God stepping into our brokenness — bringing healing, truth, and grace.

The life, death, and resurrection of Jesus is not just a moment in history… it’s the centerpiece of God’s redemptive plan—to rescue, redeem, and restore all who believe.

This is not just good advice.
This is not just good teaching.

This is the Good News.
This is the Whole Story.

The Whole Story Part Three

Job – Malachi

May 18 – July 20, 2025

In the heart of Scripture—between suffering and prophecy—we find a divine thread woven through the text of Job to Malachi. It’s a story of worship in the ashes, wisdom in the questions, and the Word of God spoken through prophets to a wandering and disobedient people.

Job teaches us that faith clings to God even when life falls apart. Psalms sings of a God who is near. Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, and Song of Solomon reveal a wisdom not of this world—but from above. And through the prophets—from Isaiah’s vision to Malachi’s final cry—we see a broken covenant met by unrelenting grace.

This is more than history. It’s God’s redemptive plan unfolding—pointing to Jesus, the One who would suffer, speak truth, and fulfill every promise. God was faithful then and remains faithful today. This is…The Whole Story.

The Whole Story Part Two
Joshua – Esther

March 16 – May 11, 2025

From conquest to kingdom, from triumph to tragedy, the story of God’s people unfolds in breathtaking detail. The journey continues with Joshua, boldly leading God’s people into the land of promise—a land of ambition and purpose. The walls of Jericho fall, but so do hearts, as faith is tested and obedience demanded.

In the era of the Judges, cycles of rebellion and redemption show a people struggling to trust their God. Kings rise—Saul, David, Solomon— all flawed leaders of a nation destined for greatness but often stumbling into failure, marked by disobedience to God.

As the kingdom divides, prophets cry out, but God’s hand guides them through exile, loss, and restoration. Yet even in darkness, hope remains. From Ruth’s faithfulness to Esther’s courage, God’s plan unfolds—a promise of redemption that points to a greater King to come. A King who never fails. A King that will restore and redeem all things to himself.
This is a call to trust the unchanging King of all Kings. This is… The Whole Story.

The Whole Story Part One
Genesis – Deuteronomy

January 1st – March 14, 2025

In the beginning… God spoke, and the world came alive. Mountains rose, oceans swelled, and humanity was meticulously crafted in His image.
In the beginning…. These three words set the stage for the greatest story ever told. A story of power, hope, and purpose.
In the beginning… God speaks, and creation is born—a masterpiece, perfectly crafted for His glory and a beautiful picture of His image.
In the beginning… Conflict arises. Sin disrupts paradise, breaking humanity’s intimate relationship with God.

From the first act of disobedience in the garden to the struggle of a people searching for their identity, the story of Scripture unveils God’s relentless pursuit of His people. From the promise to Abraham to the deliverance of His people from Egypt, we see Redemption unfold. Through the law at Sinai and the covenant with Israel, God reveals His heart—a holy, faithful God drawing His people back to Himself.

In the beginning… is a foundation of hope. A story more than a collection of heroic tales of history; but a story that reveals and unfolds God’s ultimate plan—the WHOLE STORY. A story that proclaims a Savior to restore all things. A Messiah to bring life. A King who will reign for all eternity. This is… The Whole Story.
