Here’s how you can start the process:

1. Download the resources below for the instrument you are auditioning 
2. Fill out the form to tell us more about yourself and why you want to join the team
3. Record and submit 2 audition videos

• • Keep it simple — You can just use a smartphone
    
  • Do not make any edits to your videos
    
  • While recording your auditions, play or sing along with the “multitracks” file so we can see how you play with a click track (make sure your instrument/voice is loud enough that we can hear it over the “multitracks” file)
    
  • If you’re auditioning an instrument, please make sure we can see both of your hands in the video
    
  • Electric guitar players: Please record one video playing lead guitar and one video playing rhythm guitar
